 YES. I AM EXPRESSING INTEREST IN THE FREE FESTIVAL.
My request is to have my church added to the list of nonprofit organizations interested in a Freelyevents festival for 2025.
  • I understand that neither I nor my church are under any obligation currently or will be.
  • I understand that even if our organization is awarded an event, we are not obligated to host it.
Our request simply aims to include us on the initial list, allowing us to proceed in the process and acquire all remaining details related to this endeavor.
  • I also acknowledge that Freelyevents is not obligated to award our organization an event or any other obligation.
  • I understand that Freelyevents is currently in the initial stages of gathering data as to the degree of interest from nonprofit organizations across specific city areas across the nation. They will assess whether producing events are cost-effective.
FURTHERMORE,
I recognize that specific requirements exist for event awards, and winners are determined on a first-come, first-served basis:
  1. Fill Out: YES, I AM INTERESTED form within 3 days of website registration.
  2. Make Referrals: Enlist three church organizations within 3 weeks of website registration. This will trigger eligibility to move forward to (Stage 2) the Ticket Request process. At this point Freelyevents will proceed with full details of process and benefits for the organization.
  3. Rally Support/Ticket Request: We should individually request 10,000 tickets online. Estimated start date in Q2 2025.
  4. Liaison Appointment: We’ll appoint a liaison to communicate with Freelyevents. Freelyevents will provide guidance and all the necessary processes to make the event a success.
  5. Critical Factor: The organization that fulfills the ticket obligation the fastest will be awarded the event. The festival is 100% free for the organization and the attendees--everything is free for everyone!

  • I understand, Freelyevents is currently formulating this list through 2027, for a limited number of events, and this is our chance to secure a spot. 
  • I understand this opportunity won’t recur, again. 
 
This form "YES, I AM INTERESTED will initiate the process to place your church on the list for a Freelyevents Festival.
